Tommy brings over a decade of experience in hotel operations to the forefront in his role at Witness Investment, experienced in building and leading high-powered teams, accelerating profit growth, and driving changes in all facets of the hospitality business. 

Prior to his role as Principal, Tommy served as the Regional Director of Operations. He was responsible for developing and executing sales and business development strategies and processes to drive profitable and sustainable sales growth, deep client relationships, and the development of the industry-leading service solutions. 

Tommy’s innate leadership abilities and keen hospitality expertise have led to building a value-driven sales process, streamlining operations, creating and driving improvements to guest engagement models, and most importantly, developing the next generation of leaders within the industry. 

Tommy enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking a great meal on the grill, and traveling in his downtime.
